Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Sessions

Personalized sessions and plans designed specifically for the patient. Each patient evaluated in-depth, has blood work ordered if needed, and goes over their health concerns and goals with me. I then use this information to develop a personalized health and nutrition plan to meet those goals.

Skincare Sessions

Our skin is our largest organ, and it’s the one we neglect the most. My skincare sessions are designed to help patients optimize their skincare routines to help them achieve healthy, glowing skin without the stress and use of a million toxic products. I offer 30-minute mini sessions, and 60-minute deluxe sessions that also come with a follow-up appointment. In these sessions I will:

  • Do a skin-typing evaluation

  • Skin Mapping

  • Go over any skincare concerns

  • Discuss goals for skincare

  • Build a new, non-toxic skincare routine

  • Offer step-by-step instructions on how to implement the new routine

  • Give product samples or skincare treatments for in-person sessions

  • Follow up after one month for those who purchased a deluxe session


Supplement Sessions

For a supplement overhaul sessions, I have the patient bring in ALL the supplements they’re currently  taking, write down any supplements they've been wondering about, etc. I then will do a health evaluation in order to determine what supplements they need and don’t need to continue taking, as well as any that may need added in.

In this 45-minute session I will:

  • Go over any supplements the patient is currently taking. What they are, why they’re taking them, how long they've been taking them, etc.

  • Discuss any supplements they've been wondering about or considering taking, as well as any that may have been recommended.

  • Figure out exactly what supplements are actually needed.

  • Figure out what supplements need to be cut out.

  • Decide if there are any supplements that should be added in, change brands, etc.

  • Go over ways to add more nutrition to the patient’s diet, reducing the need for nutritional supplements.

  • Write prescriptions for any supplements we decide on to ensure the best quality.
