Non-Toxic Skincare 101
This workshop offers attendees a comprehensive overview of non-toxic skincare and why going non-toxic is so important for our health. We’ll discuss the skincare industry, toxic chemicals to avoid, clean brands to try, how to switch to a non-toxic skincare routine, how to tackle anti-aging with non-toxic skincare, and more! All attendees will get to make and try their own face mask, plus everyone will receive samples and DIY recipes to take home! This is usually a two-hour long workshop. Eating for Energy
My Eating For Energy workshop offers simple ways we can change our diets and lifestyles to increase energy. Attendees will create an energy roadmap, identify foods and situations that decrease their energy, and learn how to make simple changes to permanently increase energy. Mindful Eating, Mindful Living
In Mindful Eating, Mindful Living we’ll take a look at the connection between eating intuitively and practicing mindfulness in the forms of yoga and meditation. Learn how the two can combine to create an overall harmony within our bodies and ourselves. Attendees will learn about intuitive eating, the benefits of a regular meditation and yoga practice, and how to apply those to their real lives to see results. A guided meditation will close out each workshop, to leave attendees feeling grounded and inspired. This is a great workshop to pair with a restorative yoga flow! One of my specialties is women’s health, hormone health, and fertility. That’s why I knew I had to create a workshop centered on exactly those topics. My Hormone Health workshop teaches attendees about the different types of hormone problems, why they occur, and how to battle them. I combine my own story of using healthy eating and living to cure my debilitating PCOS and infertility with my knowledge and educational training to offer real, viable solutions to women suffering from hormone problems. We’ll take a look at issues such as PCOS, PMDD, Infertility, Insulin Resistance, Hormone Imbalance, Thyroid Dysfunction, and other hormone-related problems, illnesses, and disease. By now, it’s pretty much common knowledge that sugar can wreak havoc on our bodies, minds, and overall health. The question is, in a society where sugary foods reign supreme, how do you avoid it? Attendees will learn about the negative affects of excess sugar, how to decrease their own sugar intake without having to feel deprived and frustrated, how to get out of a sugar addiction, and what steps to take in order to keep our children from the same sugary fate.
