APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING:

If you ever need to cancel a scheduled appointment, you will need to provide at least 24 hours notice. You can easily cancel an appointment via my booking and coaching software, Better. If you have an account with me through Better, you can sign into your account to view, cancel, or reschedule upcoming appointments. If you booked an appointment with me or are an existing client, you should have also received an email with your appointment details and a link to cancel. If these options don’t work, send me an email at info@ojaswellnessohio.com. Please include your name, the day and time of your appointment, and whether or not you want to reschedule. Rescheduling can be done via Better, through the appointment confirmation email you received, or by contacting me directly.

HIPPA & PRIVACY:

Each new patient will be sent a digital copy of our privacy practices and HIPPA Privacy Practices we adhere to as a holistic health provider. If you would like to review this document, you can do so by clicking here.

If, at any time, I come across a major health issue, medical concern, or suspected disease I reserve the right to refer you to a medical physician or specialist. I am happy to work with you on disease prevention, reducing symptoms, and many other options.
