APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING:
If you ever need to cancel a scheduled appointment, you will need to provide at least 24 hours notice. You can easily cancel an appointment via my booking and coaching software, Better. If you have an account with me through Better, you can sign into your account to view, cancel, or reschedule upcoming appointments. If you booked an appointment with me or are an existing client, you should have also received an email with your appointment details and a link to cancel. If these options don’t work, send me an email at email@example.com. Please include your name, the day and time of your appointment, and whether or not you want to reschedule. Rescheduling can be done via Better, through the appointment confirmation email you received, or by contacting me directly.
HIPPA & PRIVACY:
Each new patient will be sent a digital copy of our privacy practices and HIPPA Privacy Practices we adhere to as a holistic health provider. If you would like to review this document, you can do so by clicking here.
Ojas Wellness and Nutrition practices out of a variety of offices and studios in the area. When you schedule an appointment at any one of these locations, it is expected that you will follow any rules and expectations as set forth by that location. Please be courteous when meeting with me in shared spaces or attending workshops at different venues.
In-home appointments are available for most services offered at Ojas Wellness and Nutrition. If you are scheduling an in-home appointment, please be sure to provide the correct address and your contact information when booking. If there are any special instructions for me, please let me know by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Example: Don’t ring the doorbell; Watch for the dogs in the side yard, etc.)
If, at any time, I come across a major health issue, medical concern, or suspected disease I reserve the right to refer you to a medical physician or specialist. I can work with physicians to assist in your treatment, but I am not a medical doctor and cannot treat major illnesses, injuries, and diseases on my own. I am happy to work with you on disease prevention, reducing symptoms, and many other options.
